Sometimes it is really confusing to understand what exactly is going on around you,
One day , back a week, was in metro, going to meet up a friend , was listening songs as my usual ritual, I am Lisztomaniac, then suddenly I stopped the music and start observing my surrounding mindfully,
At once felt so much of chaos, one lady was shouting, one man doing the show off, one was in attitude, one was an innocent child, one was sleeping, one was reading novel, a group of girls were laughingâ¦.
Seems like as if everybody is doing up their work whichever they are assigned for, they are living up their journey, but observing all of them was not a pleasing experience, may be because those vital energy points were clogged with residues either from physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual disturbances or traumas i m saying this because no peaceful energy was felt.
but I keep on observing them mindfully, then again the very next moment of that unpleasing experience, I start feeling as if, itâs all me, the same energy is running through all, only the difference is of the drift, where it is heading,
It really gives me the goosebumps when I keep on gazing the stuff or consolidated crowd, because can make me see the emitting energy which can easily be sensed on the skin in the form of goose bumps when observed mindfully , It is kind of yuputka.
âAlways believe in the vibrations you get, because energy doesnât lieâ it can be an eternal delight or a pitiful plight.
Life or human beings(outer world) are so eccentric, because it is driven by thoughts(inner world), the way you will imagine or put up your energy , it start taking its form, some of the in between stuff which is new or unwanted occurred in our life , itâs because we have not used the creativity or power of our thought in a precise way(it works on the principle of law of attraction), hence it makes me feel that always be very very sure what needs to be done, where u need to be headed because Clarity is the king when it comes to the manifestation of thou thoughts, but then a very important question pops up! What is letting go of yourself or situation?
Again I was continued with my mindfulness and realized that it is the after effect of that precise thought process which can make you to let go thouself with gratitude and content. Being clear about the things also defines the personâs grit.
In recent language I can call this letting go of yourself is called doing CHILLL!!! or CHILL OUT!!
If you are certain of the outcome (even if it is not manifested in the outer world, but u will be sure of your inner self) you can afford to wait and that to without anxiety.
I just love this word âCHILL OUTâ, people use this word very often so as I, itâs again the same, how much clear and precise you are for its intended meaning.
My station arrives, and as soon as I stepped out the train, a beautiful arc is drawn on my face around my lips below my cheeks with a very small dimple , [Looking at it can be a Trouville for sumone ;)]and had given me another SELCOUTH EXPERINCE to âCHILL OUTâ Â :-)
